Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground beef
    1 large green pepper diced
    1 medium onion diced
    12 baby carrots chopped
    1 large can diced canned tomotoes
    1 large can dark red kidney beans
    8 oz can low sodium tomato sauce
    3 tsp chili powder, bay leaf, other spices as desired

Directions

saute vegetables and ground beef until tender
add liquid ingredients, spices, bay leaf
cook and simmer for 1 hour
