Ingredients

4 medium white potatoes, halved and quartered
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1tbsp garlic powder or fresh garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl combine all the ingredients and toss. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. I use white potatoes because they are low calorie and gluten free. You can also use red potatoes.
