YUM... so moist you don't need syrup at all. YUM... so moist you don't need syrup at all.

Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    3 ripe bananas (medium)
    2 egg whites (1/4 cup)
    2 tbsp canola oil
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

Mix together dry ingredients. Mash bananas seperately in a bowl. Add wet ingredients to bananas and mix well. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and cook on a non-stick frying pan med-low heat sprayed with cooking spray.
