Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup low fat graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
    3 tablespoons splenda
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup yogurt butter, brummel & brown

    2 (8 ounce) packages low fat cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup splenda
    2 eggs (I use egg beater)
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    4 cups apples - peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    1/3 cup splenda
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

1. mix gram cracker, 1/2 cup pecans, 3 tbs splenda, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 yogurt butter. put in springform 9 inch pan and cook in preheated oven 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
2. Mix 2 8 oz package of cream cheese, 1/2 splenda with mixer until smooth. beat in egg beaters slowly. Add in vanilla. mix throughly and pour mixture into baked pie crust.

3. mix 1/3 splenda and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. add apples slices in the cinnamon suger to coat then spoon apples on the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
4. bake in 350 degreen oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
With knife loosen cake from rim of pan, let cool then remove rim. Chill cake before serving.
