Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    1 Tablespoon, dried parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp tumeric
    1/4 tso, sea salt (iodized, preferred)
    1/4cup minced onions
    1/4cup minced celery
    1/8cup pimentos
    1 Tblsp. tap water (cold)


Directions

Combine, all ingredients, in coffee mug, stir well and place in microwave, for 50 seconds, remove stir and replace for 10 seconds, only if needed. Then Enjoy, the flavors, are scrumptious. This serves one.
