Introduction

I wanted delicious pancakes I could have on my new living style of 1500 calories. I wanted delicious pancakes I could have on my new living style of 1500 calories.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c all purpose flour
    3 tsp baking pwder
    pinch of salt
    2 tablespoons white sugar plus one pkt sweet n low
    1 1/2 ( almond milk )
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons "I can't believe its not butter light" melted




Directions

sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients, pour all liquid ingredients into the well and whisk until smooth. Portion on to hot griddle ( not stick or pam sprayed) with 1/4 cup measure. Serve hot with syrup of your choice. I use Mrs. Butter worth's sugar free.
Makes 10 - 4 inch diameter pancakes.
