Introduction

Low calorie great for summer day lunches. Low calorie great for summer day lunches.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 Cooked Chicken breast
    1/2 cup choped tomatoes
    1 tbsp choped onion
    2 Leaves iceberg lettuce chopped
    1/2 cup choped cucumber
    1/2 cup chopped melon
    1 tsp Kraft mayo light
    a dash of salt and peper

Directions

In a plastic container with a lid start off with the Mayo at the bottom and a dash of salt and peper.
Cut up the chicken breast in bite size strips or blocks, add to container.
Top with the tomato then onion, cucumber then the melon.
Top with the lettuce.
Close with the lid and off you go to work with lunch.
Keep refrigerated until lunch hour.
Mix together and enjoy
Serving for +- 2 servings. (You and your friend)!!!
