    1 acorn squash
    6 loves garlic
    2 c cauliflower
    2 T olive oil
    sage
    thyme
    nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
peel & dice acorn squash
cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces
peel garlic cloves
toss together with oil & spices
roast until squash & cauliflower are tender
