Introduction

Little sweet little tangy just right light side, very yummy in the summer when tomatoes and cucumbers are ripe in the garden! :) Little sweet little tangy just right light side, very yummy in the summer when tomatoes and cucumbers are ripe in the garden! :)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 servings of your favorite pasta, (I reccomend rotini or
    something simular in size.
    1/4 cup Fat Free Mayo
    2 tbsp. Maple Grove Farms Poppyseed Dressing
    (if unavailable add a sprinkle of poppyseeds and 2 tbsp
    extra mayo)
    1.5 tsp. Brown Deli Mustard
    1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
    3 tsp. Sugar (2-3 packs of splenda if you prefer)
    1/2 cup Fresh finely chopped dill.
    1 large cucumber (seeds removed) in small/medium
    bite size slices.
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
    1 stalk fresh green onion diced.
    (dash) - salt, pepper, paprika to taste.

Directions

Cook pasta to desired taste per package directions.
Peel cucumber, cut in half and remove seeds. Slice and place in bowl. Dice Green Onions and place in bowl (I only use the tops.) Cut and place cherry tomatoes in bowl. Add remainder of ingredients and stir. Salt Pepper and Paprika to taste.

    Incredible!
    Don't usually care for pasta salad, and hate fat free mayo, so this one really wow'd me. You'd never know its so light by the flavor. - 11/16/10
