Ingredients

    3 Cans of Tuna (drained)
    One Avocado, sliced
    Cucumber, diced
    Pasta (macaroni without cheese)
    Lemon Juice (to taste)
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Drain tuna and put into large bowl.
Slice avocado, cucumber and put into bowl with tuna.

Then cook pasta according to cooking instructions of pasta of choice, drain pasta and put into the bowl of tuna.

Add lemon juice for a better taste, along with salt and pepper.

(optional) add a tbsp or two of light Mayo.

Makes about 8 cups.
