Introduction

We LOVE spicy food and this chili fits the bill.
I BOIL my ground beef to get rid of even more fat.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    8 oz of cooked extra lean ground beef (weighed after
    cooking)
    1 can ro tel tomatoes
    1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
    8 oz water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 TBL Penzeys ground cumin (or more if you want)
    2 tsp Penzeyschili powder (make it as hot as you want)
    1 TBL Penzeys chipotle powder
    1/4 chopped onion
    combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat for at least 30 min

Directions

pre cook ground beef.....I boil mine. drain, then add everything to a medium sized pot and cook over medium heat for at least 30 minutes
