Introduction

This is my sisters long time recipe for the Fall/Winter holidays that I just absolutely love! I loved it when there were little bits of cream cheese in there to know it was homemade, too. YUM!! Ingredients

    -2 packages, 8 oz each, 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
    -1 can, 12 oz, sweetened condensed milk
    -1 t vanilla extract
    -1/4 C lemon juice

    -1 graham cracker crust, 8 in, reduced fat

Directions

--Mix the first 4 ingredients with beaters in a medium to large bowl until well blended and then pour into your crust. Refrigerate until serving.

--Makes 16 servings.
