Ingredients

Crust
3/4 c whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 c white flour
3/4 c rolled (old fashioned) oats
1/2 c pecans-chopped
1/4 c melted smart balance light buttery flavor
1/4 c canola oil plus 1 tbs canola oil
Filling
2 whole eggs
1/2 c liquid eggs
2 (15 oz) cans solid packed pumpkin
2 (14 oz) cans fat-free sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Mix all ingredients for crust until combined and crumbly. Press into bottom of a 10"x15" stoneware bar pan or a sheet pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 325 degree oven. Let cool.
Combine all ingredients for filling and mix until smooth.
Pour into partially baked crust and distribute evenly.
Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.
Serve with non-fat whipped topping and a pecan garnish.
