Ingredients

1 can sliced peaches canned in pear juice. Note: you can use other canned, fresh, or frozen fruit.
2 servings pancake mix
1/3 cup powdered milk
.25 cup Log Cabin sugar Free syrup
cinnamon
nutmeg
Tips
Adjust calorie content as necessary if using non fat free pancake mix, which will add approx 25 calories per serving.
Directions
preheat oven to 350
Spray small square baking pan
Drain juice from peaches into a 2-cup measuring cup
Put 2 servings dry pancake mix in large bowl.
Add 1/3 cup powdered milk and spices to taste.
Whisk dry ingredients together.
To reserved juice, add enough water to make 1 cup liquid
Stir 1/4 cup syrup into liquid.
Mix wet into dry ingredients and pour batter into sprayed pan.
Pour peaches over batter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake 25 minutes at 350
