Introduction

This is a retro fit of the typical pumpkin pie recipe. I usually add a little less splenda than called for and taste it befor adding more.
It is almost sugar free. I have taken it to thanksgiving dinners for years and no one notices the difference. They like the homemade flavor more than the store bought pies.

Ingredients

    1 frozen pie shell
    1 can pumpkin
    1 can evaporated non fat
    1/4c egg substitue
    1 cup cooking splenda
    nutmeg
    cinnamon
    cloves
    ginger


Directions

follow the instructions on the back of the pumpkin can substuting non fat evaporated milk, egg substute, and splenda.

bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
