Ingredients

    1 64oz. container low sodium V8
    4cups water
    4 tsp beef bouillon
    The following veggies can be fresh, or you may use precut frozen to save time:
    8oz of diced carrots
    8oz. green beans
    8oz. peas,
    8oz. diced onions
    8oz. diced celery
    16oz zuchini sliced
    1tsp. basil
    1tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 head of fresh (not frozen) cabbage chopped

Directions

In a large pot add all ingredients except cabbage, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add cabbage ans simmer about 15 minutes or until cabbage becomes tender. Makes twelve 2cup servings.
