Introduction

Ingredients

1 C of butter
1C of white sugar
5 extra large egg
lemon skin (curds)
1/2 a lemon juice (you can use all)
1.5 C golden raisin
2.5C white flour
1/4tsp salt
1/2tsp baking powder
1 C Crystallized Fruits (1 pck 225g)
3/4 C Green and Red Crystallized Cherry
1C slice almon
1/4 C mix brezil nut, hazulnut walnut,
10 pecan to decorate
Directions

it gives 14 slice of about an inch. I usually eat half.
TIPS for better result before starting:
Make sur the sugar is all melt before adding the flour and fruits.
My mom use to yeild 1/2 C of flour to mix with the fruits to make sure they are not stock all together in the mixture.
If your missing some crystalized fruit you can add more raison or vice versa
Yeild some cherry for decoration with pecanes
And last tips, make sure the sugar is melt.
1 - Bring butter to a creamy soft,
2- add sugar, mix util sugar melt,
3- add egg slowly one by one, and lemon juice at the same time
4- add lemon curds all that in same bowl
5- add flour and fruits and nuts slowly
turn on the oven at 275 or 300,
cook for 3-3.5 hours
