Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup quinoa
    1/2 cup steel cut oats
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1/2 cup raisins
    6 tablespoons almond butter
1 tbsp cinnamon (more or less, to taste)

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and lightly spray a baking sheet with vegetable-based cooking spray.

Put all dry ingredients *except raisins* in a food processor and combine. Drizzle maple syrup and almond butter while food processor is running. Remove bowl from food processor, add raisins, and mix by hand until combined.

Spread evenly in baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are brown. Break apart, stir, press down, and bake again. Every 10-15 minutes, stir and place back in oven until an hour total has elapsed. Turn off oven and keep tray inside for an additional 30 minutes or until your oven is cool.

Break apart, put in bags or tupperware, and enjoy! Keeps for about two weeks in an air-tight container.

Makes 10 servings, approx. 1/3 cup each.
