Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Large egg
    1/4 cup vegetables, brocolli, peppers, or your choice (left over cooked veggies, cut up)
    1 Tbsp. grated cheese, cheddar or your choice (try blends)
    pinch salt, pepper and spices to taste (I like garlic and onion and bacon bits)

Directions

mix all ingredients in a greased cup
micro for up to one minute, or luntil cooked
Cool a few seconds and serve

Makes one serving

(alternate: bake in oven at 350 degrees F 15-20 min.)
