Good for company or just for every day, this side dish is an excellent, low calorie accompaniment to grilled chicken, roasted turkey or broiled salmon. Perfect for any season. Ingredients

Green Beans (snap), 4 cup
Onions, raw, 1 large
Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 30 serving
*Buttery Flavour Pam (1/8tsp = 0.5g = 1/2 sec spray), 8 serving
Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
Rosemary, dried, 2 tbsp
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees
2. Spray glass casserole or baking dish with 1/2 of the PAM spray;
3. Trim green beans and place them in a single layer in the baking dish
4. Slice onion into small, thin slices and layer over the beans
5. Coat beans and onion with the remainder of the PAM, and sprinkle on the garlic powder
6. Roast until desired doneness (approximately 10 to 15 minutes), stirring once or twice
7. While beans are roasting, slice cherry tomatoes in half
8. Combine tomatoes with rosemary and set aside
9. When green beans are removed from oven, spoon tomato mixture over them and toss thoroughly
10. Serve hot, or at room temperature (although the dish can also be served cold, if you like that better!)
11. Yield about 1/2 cup per serving.
