Introduction

Tuscan-inspired, protein-rich, good for using up leftovers from last night's dinner. Feel free to add whatever other veggies you like to spice it up even more! Occationally I will place the scramble on a toasted whole-wheat English Muffin. Also wonderful, but watch the additional calories.     1 oz of chopped frozen broccoli
    1Tbsp chopped onion
    1 small mushroom
    1 oz of flank steak
    1/2 C of chopped tomatoes
    1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
