Introduction

Ingredients

    2 20oz pkgs Jenni-o Ground Turkey
    2 1.25 oz McCormick Original Chili seasoning mix
    2 15oz cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce
    2 14oz. cans Swanson Lower Sodium Beef Broth
    2 28oz cans Hunts petite diced tomatoes
    8 celery stalks diced
    4 bell peppers diced
    1 large onion diced
    1/3 C Corn Starch
    3 15oz cans S&W Black Beans (drained)


Directions

Makes 16-2-Cup servings.
Brown Turkey and onion in 12 qt pot and drain. Add chili seasoning packets. Add Broth and corn starch bringing to a boil. Stir constantly until mixture has thickened. Lower heat to medium and add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and celery. Stir until well blended. Add black beans. Simmer at least 2 hours stiring often.
