Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb cooked ground turkey or beef (extra lean)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can navy beans
    1 can chili beans (or both of one kind)
    2 cans mild enchilada sauce
    Packet of taco seasoning (I make my own)

Directions

Cook ground turkey; drain if needed. Combine all ingredients and stir in either a crockpot or on the stove. Takes a few hours in the crockpot. Can serve with cheese, tortilla chips and/or sour cream.
