Ingredients

* Milk, 2%, 1.5 fl oz
* Butter, unsalted, 1.33 tbsp
* Curry powder, 1.5 tbsp
* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
* Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
* Lemon Juice, 0.5 lemon yields
* Garlic, 2 cloves
* Onions, raw, 1 medium
* Coconut Milk, 0.5 cup
* Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
* Flour-- 1.5 Tablespoons
* Seafood Medley 1package (340g)
Butter and milk may be substituted for 2 to 3 tablespoons of heavy cream
Directions
Sauté the seafood in half the olive oil until half way cooked, set aside.
In the rest of the oil, brown the onions and stir in curry powder, cook for 3 minutes. Add flour and wait one minute.
Remove from heat, pour in bouillon, add garlic and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Place seafood with the bouillon and cook for 10 minutes.
Transfer seafood to another dish, strain the sauce into the pan.
Add coconut milk and lemon juice/sugar mixture to the mix and simmer for a few minutes. Pour over seafood.
Enjoy with rice.
