Ingredients

5 slices bacon, cooked
6 large eggs
1 cup diced ham (I like to use leftover baked ham)
1 cup Half & Half
1 cup cheddar cheese
Pie crust, frozen, thawed, single 9"
salt
pepper
Directions
Beat eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
Crumble bacon and layer it with the ham on the bottom of the pie crust. Add half of the cheese to the bottom of the pie.
Pour egg mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 375 for 35-45 minutes.
I usually serve this with a nice light salad. Enjoy!!!
