Ingredients

    beef stew meet
    8 medium peeled and diced carrots
    2 cups of chopped celery
    2 medium onions chopped
    2 cans of diced tomatos
    1 can of pinto or bean of choice
    fresh green beans chopped
    half cup of parsley
    1 head of cabbage chopped

Directions

clean and chop all vegtables. brown meat. saute vegtables except cabbage. Add all ingredients to large pot and simmer for an hour. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
