    * Dijon (or yellow) Mustard, 1 tsp
    * Green Onions, fresh, 1 tbsp, chopped
    * Sardines in Olive Oil, drained, 1/4 cup (55g)
    * Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 large leaf
