Ingredients

    2 Tbs Olive Oil
    2 Med Onion
    5 Med Carrots
    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 lb Ground Beef
    1 can Pasta Sauce
    1 can Petite Diced Tomatoes
    3 c beef stock
    2 Tbs Minced Garlic
    3 bay leaves
    2 Tbs Paprika
    2 Tbs Cumin
    1 Stalk Celery (Large)
    2 med bell peppers
    2 med Red Potatoes (diced)
    8 c Water
    4 Tbs Emeril Seasoning

Directions

Dice onions and carrots, saute in large stock pan with olive oil. Add turkey and beef, cook in full. Mix in remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Serve and enjoy!

Makes 16 1-cup servings!
