Ingredients

    1 Large Head Lettuce
    1 Cup Diced Celery
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    1 Cup Frozen Peas
    3/4 Cup Grated Carrots
    3 Large Hard Boiled Eggs ( Chopped )
    1 1/2 Tbsps. Bacon Bits

    Layer in order of recipe

    Mix 1-1/2 Cups Miracle Lite & 1 Tsp. Splenda
    and spread over top.


Directions

Make the night before, cover and put in fridge.

Tastes better the next day but can be eaten right away.
