Ingredients

    1 and 1/2 jars salsa
8 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
8 oz low fat cream cheese, softened
    1 packet taco seasoning
1 can fat free refried beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (you can use reduced fat, but I used full-fat)

Directions

In the bottom of a small casserole dish, spread out the refried beans. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mash together the cream cheese, sour cream, and tace seasoning, until smooth, using a fork or a kitchen mixer. Stir in the salsa until all is combined. Pour salsa mixture over the beans in the casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese. Garnish with sliced black olives, if desired.
