Introduction

Yummy filling pancakes that freeze well and reheat in the microwave. Yummy filling pancakes that freeze well and reheat in the microwave.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    almond flour 2 tbs
    flax meal (ground fine) half cup
    oat bran (ground fine) half cup
    carbquick, cup
    salt, 1 tsp
    baking soda, 1tsp
    splenda, 2-3 serving packs
    egg beaters, half cup
    vanilla sugar free almond milk, 2 and a half cups
    light and fit carb and sugar control vanilla cream yogurt, 4 oz

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add all other ingredients. Cook on hot griddle sprayed with cooking spray. Cook a little longer than regular pancakes as these are heavier. Serve with a little sugar free syrup. Freeze leftovers (when they cool) in a freezer bag. They break apart easily for reheating in the mic. Note: I use a coffee bean grinder to grind flax meal and oat bran as fine as flour.
