Very tasty and moist. My kids eat this up for breakfast, and it sneaks veggies in for the most important meal of the day! Very tasty and moist. My kids eat this up for breakfast, and it sneaks veggies in for the most important meal of the day!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    * Oats, 3 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    * Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked
    * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup

Directions

Makes 6 servings.

Mix together all ingredients. Make sure the pumpkin is mixed in well. Pour into an 8x8 casserole dish, and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes (depending on your oven).
