Ingredients

    3/4 cup oats
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 Eggs
    1 cup Buttermilk

Directions

Mix all items together and fry on a Teflon surface.

Makes six 5-inch pancakes. 3 pancakes per serving.
