Ingredients

White Wine, 3 glass (3.5 fl oz)
Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
*Italian Sausage, pork, 2 link, 4/lb
Pastene San Marzano Canned Tomatoes, 28oz can Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices
Celery, cooked, .5 cup, diced
*Pastene Fancy Tomato Paste, 1 serving, 2 tbsp
*Pastene Macaroni, 16 oz
Directions
Chop the onions, celery & carrots and add to the olive oil in the pan...
Soften the vegetables, and then add the meat
Brown the meat
add the wine, & cook for about 10 minutes
Add the San Marzano tomatoes and tomato paste
Cook for at least an hour to let the flavors marry together... 2 hours would be better, just make sure the heat is on LOW
