Ingredients

    1 tsp Olive Oil
    60 g Kabocha Squash
    45 g Chopped Onion
    209 g Green Cabbage
    3 cup or 320g Waxgourd (I weighed mine but guessed at cups)
    23g Ginger Root
    .25 cup Thai Coconut Milk
    1 cup Chicken Broth (low sodium)
    2 tsp Garlic
    .5 tsp Curry Powder
    .5 tsp Ground Tumeric
    .5 tsp (.1665 tbsp) Ground Cumin

Directions

Makes 3 cups of 234g each.
Add Olive Oil Warm pan and add vegetables Spices, coconut milk, and Chicken Broth.
Simmer for about 20 minutes or until te4nder.
