Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey or lean beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 (1 oz.) package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 (1 oz) package taco seasoning Mix
1 (15 oz.) can black beans drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn (include liquid)
1 (15 oz) can tomatoes with green chiles (include liquid)
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes (include liquid)
1 can of water
2-3 Tbs corn starch mixed with about 1/4 cup cold water
Directions
Brown turkey and onion.
Mix all ingredients except corn starch in crock pot.
Let this heat up a bit and then mix about 1/4 cup of water with some corn starch and mix into the soup.
Simmer for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
