Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Can Pillsbury Weiner Wraps
    1 Tube of Soyrizo Meatless Chorizo
    1/2 Cup Salsa

Directions

Cut each weiner wrap into 2 pieces, which should make 12 squares.

Mix the Soyrizo & the Salsa

Add a tbsp of filling to each weiner wrap, and then fold in half, making a triangle.

Place on a baking sheet

Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden.

    Good
    When I first ate this I felt the taste of the soyrizo was too strong. I thought if I made it again I would tone down the soyrizo by mixing in some rice or potato. But, when I ate the leftovers the next day I liked it a lot more and somehow the soyrizo didn't seem overly strong anymore. - 9/2/09
