Ingredients

    182g Penne Whole Wheat Pasta (weighed uncooked)
    1/2 cup PC Greek Yogurt Dressing
    100g Light TreStella Feta, crumbled
    75g Black Olives, chopped
    130g Green Pepper, thinly sliced
    25g Scallions, chopped
    175g Tomatoes, chopped (cherry tomatoes work great)
    65g Red Onion, thinly sliced
    175g Cucumber, chopped

Directions

Cook pasta as directed on package.

While pasta is cooking. Chop, weight all the veggies, cheese and olives.

Once pasta is cool, i cut each one in half, toss with the rest of the ingredients. Add dressing, toss and serve!

About 1 1/2 cups per serving!
