Introduction

My sister got this recipe from her in-laws. This is an easy no cook recipe that pairs well with a traditional thanksgiving meal. You can adjust the sweetness to taste. Should be made at least a day early for best flavor.NO COOKING NEEDED My sister got this recipe from her in-laws. This is an easy no cook recipe that pairs well with a traditional thanksgiving meal. Ingredients

    2 cups fresh cranberries
6 oz can crushed pineapple, in juice not syrup, (reserve juice)
    1 granny smith apple
    1/2 cup sugar
    8 oz glazed pecans chopped

Directions

In a food processor, chop frozen cranberries, then wash, core and hand chop 1 granny smith apple, drain pineapple and reserve the juice. Combine all these ingredients and stir in sugar. With a rolling pin, crush the pecans a little smaller, stir in and refrigerate over night. The reserved juice is to add moisture if you want more than it already has. Do not add until the next day as the sugar will draw out juice from the fresh fruit.
