Introduction

This soup is great for lunch. I buy the low Sodium beef broth and canned tomatoes. Also, I season it with Frank's Red Hot cayenne pepper sauce for a kick. This soup is great for lunch.     1 box of beef broth (low sodium)
    1 large can of diced tomatoes (low sodium)
    1 large celery stalk diced
    4-5 fresh zucchini diced
    1 large onion (yellow or white)
    1 can of black beans
    Franks HotSauce - to your liking
