Ingredients

    2 cups Edamame (frozen, shelled)
    1 cup chopped carrots, raw
    1 tsp curry powder
    1/4 tsp oregano dried
    2 oz Caesar dressing (Kraft Light Done Right or low fat)
    1/2 tsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

Peel and chop carrots into medium dice. Combine with edamame beans and steam for 5 minutes. Toss in bowl with remaining ingredients. Serve.
