    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup yogurt
    3 tbsp melted butter
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1/4 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
    1 cup water
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 cup blueberries
    3/4 cup cornmeal
    1 cup sprouted flour (i use spelt)


Mix together wet ingredients, than add dry. Gently stir in blueberries. Add more flour or water to adjust consistency as needed.

Serve with maple syrup.
