Ingredients

1. 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
2. 1 tsp. yellow mustard
3. 5 tbsp. miracle whip
4. 1 tbsp. bbq sauce
5. 1tbsp. fat-free ranch dressing
6. 1 cup of textured vegetable protein strips (or whatever tvp you have) you can find this at health food stores
7. 1tsp. chopped onion
Directions
makes approximately 4 1/2 cup servings (a good size sandwich).
1. bring 1 cup of water to a boil
2. in a medium to large mixing bowl, mix the dry tvp w/chopped onion, and any seasonings you like. salt and pepper work just fine, and does garlic salt.
3. pour in the boiling water, and stir. let set for a few minutes. there will be a little liquid in the bowl.
4. in a small to medium sauce pan, on low to medium heat, simmer the "chicken" until the liquid starts to evaporate, stirring so it won't stick.
5. stir in the bbq and ranch, until well blended.
6. transfer the mixture back to the mixing bowl.
7. add the mustard and miracle whip, and seasoning to taste. let cool, and enjoy!
