Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    - 1/4 cup water
    - 1 lb. lean ground beef
    - dash of minced onions
    - Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 40% Less Sodium
    - Chili Seasoning Mix
    - Tomato Sauce (1 can)
    - Light Red Kidney Beans (1 can)
    - Spicy Chili Beans (1 can)
    - Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup
    - 1 Tomato Soup can filled with water
    (Optional) - Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese

Directions

- Place 1/4 cup of water in stock pan and add ground beef and minced onions and stir until all the beef is cooked through (Do NOT drain the beef).
- Add both of the seasonings and stir well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Let cook on stovetop for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
- Add optional fat-free cheddar cheese.

Makes about 8 good bowl fulls.
