    8 oz lasagna noodles (8) cooked al dente
    1 cup marinara

    1 pkg frozen spinach thawed and drained
    1 15 oz container fat free ricotta cheese
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350.
Cook lasagna noodles per package instructions.
While noodles are cooking combine spinach, ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, egg and salt and pepper. Drain noodles and run under cold water until they are cool enough to handle. Take one noodle and lay flat, cover from one end to about 1 inch from other end with thin layer of filling. Roll up and place on dollop of marinara sauce in backing dish. Top with spoonful of marinara and repeat with remaining noodles and filling. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes topping with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella with about 5 minutes to go. Each roll is one serving.
