    8 c chopped cabbage
    2 c cooked lima beans
    3 c stewed tomatos
    1 c chopped carrots
    2 c black beans
    1.5 c cooked barley
    6c tomato juice


Mix all ingredients together and simmer until the juice is reduced about half, or until you are happy with the consistency.
Makes 12, 2 cup servings. (this is at a 'stew' consistency---dependent upon the amount of reduction)
