Ingredients

dry ingredients:
2 cups flaxmeal
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsweetened raw shredded coconut
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
5 tablespoon truvia non-calorie sweetener
4oz or 1/2 cup carob chips
mix together dry ingred. in a large bowl.
wet ingredients:
1/2 water
5 large organic eggs
1/3 cup grapeseed oil
mix together wet ingredients in a large bowl.
combine both mixtures together and let sit for 3 minutes in bowl.
Directions
preheat oven at 350 degrees. place oven rack at lower middle of oven.
pour mixture into 8x8 baking pan. bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
Cool brownies. Spread Sugar-free frosting over brownies and cut into 18 pieces.
