Dont tell the kids this has veggies, and they will never know. If you are really wanting it sweet you can add honey.

Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground,
    1 tsp Cloves, ground,
    1/2 cup Apple juice, unsweetened,
    1 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened),
    1 1/2 cups Pineapple, fresh,
    1 cup frozen Raspberries, Unsweetened
    1 cup Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened,
    1 cup fresh Parsley,
    3 cups Spinach, fresh,
    1 scoop Protein ProPlus Soy Protein Isolate, 1.20 oz
    1/2 tbsp Flaxseed oil,
    2/3 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 5 oz
    1 TBSP Kirkland Frozen Concentrate Orange Juice -
    1 tbsp Ground turmeric,
    1 tbsp Wheat Germ

Directions

Emulsify all ingredients
Add cold water to bring to 8 cups
pour into glasses.

Serving Size: makes 8 cups, typically I serve 2 cups per person, so 2 servings


Leaving this as whole, uncooked foods, emulsify all ingredients. The Turmeric is especially added for anti inflammatory and stroke issues.
It contains all 5 colors of the food and veggie groups,
green,

yellow
red
blue/purple
as recommended by Dr. Oz as optimum requirements within a day. It also contains protein, Although not nearly what he calls for. So you could add protien powder 1 scoop per person, noting it will increase the calories.
