Ingredients

    2 lb sirloin cut into cubes
    6 oz can Hunts tomato paste (basil, oregano, garlic flavor)
    14.5 oz can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes (no salt added) Basil, Garlic and Oregano flavor.
    3 teaspoons crushed garlic
    Mrs Dash seasoning as desired
    1/2 heavy cream
    3/4 cup burgundy wine (can be any red wine)
    1/4 cup raw onions, finely chopped
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Brown beef, onions and garlic. Add in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, water, carrots and seasonings and cook on low for 4 hours. Add in heavy cream toward the last 15 minutes of cook time and increase the heat to medium.

Serve immediately. Best over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
