Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 inner leaf (remove)
    Hard Boiled Egg, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Chicken Drumstick, 4 drumstick, bone and skin removed (remove)
    *Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Mix together and add your favourite dressing
